HEB New Policy Change
The HEB Coupon Policy has gone thru so many changes lately some god and some not, but now HEB made it official in their coupon policy "PIGGYBACKING" is allow! We have been able to piggyback coupons for quite some time but it really depend on the cashier and store that understood the difference between piggybacking and stacking. It is important to understant that we cannot stack their $ off yellow coupons with $ off Manufacturers Coupons on the same product, but we can use a Buy 1 Get 1 FREE Yellow coupon and use a Manufacturer Coupon on the item we are buying.
