Walgreen's 90%off selected merchandise
If you haven't make it to Walgreen's there still a good chance you may find some of the 90% items they have clearance which includes all Valentine's day items, Christmas and seasonal gifts.
I was in the Atascocita Area and was able to find a well stocked store but I only grabbed what I really needed. Don't forget to ask to get a price check if you are not sure the price is correct many stores still have the regular tags or 50%, always use the cosmetic counter that way you won't be holding the line and everybody will be happy!
